They never failed to make it to an important event in my life. Never. They also never failed to hug me and kiss me and talk to me and inquire about my life. Thank you grandma and grandpa.

Great souls.
I remember being little and going to carmines with my grandparents. My grandpa and grandma ALWAYS wanted to have the family together. If we didn't have them, our family definitely wouldn't be as strong, together, and fun as it is. I pray that it stays that way. The lessons my grandparents taught my aunts, uncles, and parents are so eternal that they remind me of Amma's lessons. They were so profound in the subtle way. Not to mention incredibly humble. Now that my grandmother has passed I realize what a gift she was. She accepted everyone. EVERYONE. My friends who would come to family events loved my grandmother because she would kiss them(endlessly!). I also remember my grandparents staying at my house with me. My grandpa and grandma took me and my friend to the zoo. My friends LOVED my grandparents. I'm starting to fully realize what a treasure they were. They really were SO special. I miss them. I know they are in a better place now...but I do.
